Cobaki Lakes Estate

Cobaki Lakes is a masterplanned residential and mixed use community being developed on a site adjacent to Piggabeen Road in Tweed Heads, New South Wales. The development includes a town/village centre, tavern, residential precincts, community facilities and schools, open space and environmental protection areas.

Yeats Consulting is currently involved in the civil & structural engineering design, documentation and construction supervision of the development. The works entail significant external infrastructure works as well as internal trunk road, stormwater, sewerage and water services to the development site.
