Flagstone WWTP Upgrade

MTAA Superannuation Fund (Flagstone Creek & Spring Mountain Park) Property Pty Ltd is required under the Infrastructure Agreement to upgrade the existing sewage treatment plant to service current development approval for future residential stages.

Yeats Consulting was the principle consultant for managing the delivery of the design and documentation package to Flagstone Estate Sewer Treatment Plant upgrade. The scope of works included engineering design, project management, cost estimate of works, preparation of contract specifications and obtain relevant statutory approvals.
