Brandon is responsible for the management and delivery of engineering projects. The projects include reclamation works, urban land development, water and sewerage infrastructure, main road design, resort and golf course developments, and industrial, commercial and retail precinct development. His role includes client management, specialist consultant co-ordination, statutory authority liaison, planning design and delivery. His capabilities cover preliminary planning, feasibility analyses, detailed engineering design, flood and hydraulic studies, major infrastructure works and contract and project management. Brandon has had significant involvement in major residential developments and roads sewerage and water infrastructure works for both private developers and local authorities and has managed a large number of projects from conception through to the end of construction. Brandon is widely known and regarded for providing ‘value adding’ engineering solutions that are practical, cost effective and best practice. |

Brett is a registered professional engineer with over 10 years experience in high profile civil engineering projects, he has been involved in all levels of the engineering industry including construction, investigation, analysis, design, planning and project management, both in Australia and overseas. His capabilities cover preliminary planning, detailed engineering design, flood and hydraulic studies, major infrastructure works and contract and project management. Mr Taylor has had significant involvement in major infrastructure projects including Varsity Lakes development, Royal Pines development, Wembley Stadium redevelopment, and more recently Tugun Bypass Motorway, and Gateway Motorway. Since the conception of Yeats Consulting, Brett has played a key role enhancing the company’s capabilities in responding to complex urban and civil engineering challenges particularly in the field of stormwater management at local and regional levels. |

Craig has 13 years experience in civil engineering and is responsible for planning and managing infrastructure projects. This includes coordinating the preparation of; cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, client reports and monitoring project progress, project scheduling / resourcing and meeting deadlines and budgets. He has a wealth of experience in a project design and team leader role on a wide range of engineering projects within south east Queensland, England and the Philippines. He has been involved in the provision of civil engineering infrastructure for many large building projects and residential subdivisions. These projects typically entail major earthworks construction, roadworks, stormwater drainage and water and sewer reticulation. Craig has a unique range of knowledge and skills that allow him to deliver the best value solutions for the problem set at hand in a professional and cooperative manner for all stakeholders. |

Tom is a structural engineer with over 15 years experience in the management, design and construction of engineering projects covering: domestic, multi storey buildings, airport structures, heavy and light industrial complexes. He has a reputation for a common sense approach and a practical knowledge of the construction process and the industry. Tom is a team player and known for developing practical and innovative solutions, his primary aim is to deliver a project tailored to the clients desired outcome, on time and within budget. |

Garth has worked in local and state government with Gold Coast City Council and the Department of Main Roads where he was a team member and later project manager on various high profile road and transport planning and construction projects. Also in private consulting practice, working on signature Urban Development projects such as Springfield Master Planned Community and the Coomera Town Centre, in all over 18 years in management, construction and engineering. He has extensive experience in all facets of Urban Development and Transport Infrastructure provision from the acquisition, feasibility and operational planning stages through to Construction and Contract Administration. Through the projects and experience Garth has gained in local and state government roles Garth has developed an extensive knowledge of the impacts of development on both the organizations planning the infrastructure and also on the communities in which they are developing. Through the mix of exposure to public and private interests Garth has and understanding and empathy of the interests of all stakeholders that will benefit the outcome of the project. |

The team have significant experience. They also have a wealth of experience and knowledge in Main Roads infrastructure design, trunk water and sewerage infrastructure design and delivery, and have worked extensively with the Queensland Department of Main Roads and various local councils.
