Energy & Resources

Yeats has extensive experience in infrastructure and environmental solutions for the resource industry. With key strengths in civil, structural and environmental, Yeats has the capability and experience to complete: Concept Designs; Environmental Approvals; Feasibility Studies; Tendering; Construction Supervision; Construction Certification; & Project Management services.

Infrastructure

We are experienced in all aspects of major infrastructure works from initial planning and feasibility through to concept and detailed design and construction.
Our staff has worked extensively with state and local government authorities on high profile infrastructure projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
At Yeats we understand the ultimate goal of any development is to encourage diversity and build communities whether by transport and civil infrastructure or by
social infrastructure including passive and active open space, transportation choice, environment and conservation.
We therefore strive to ensure in planning and design that our engineering is reflective of world’s best practice to incorporate:

Property and Buildings

Every building project involves a complex synergy of inspiration, creativity, analysis, teamwork and technical know-how. Our structural engineers work closely with architects and clients as well as other specialists to deliver exciting yet functional structures that exceed expectations for cost-effective construction and operation. We offer a unique blend of engineering innovation and simplicity of design, together with the ability to value-add through our other disciplines. Our engineering approach is holistic, combining different disciplines, in one integrated team. Our reputation for excellence has grown from our understanding that engineering is one important component of a project’s overall design solution.

Environment

At Yeats we have a commitment to environmental and ecological sustainability this includes demonstrated experience in delivery of baseline environmental and natural resource assessment and environmental impact studies (EIS), we understand that these studies can be primary considerations in how we add value to our clients’ projects. We also recognise the importance with balancing these requirements with the commercial and economic realities of the design and timing of any project. We work closely with a range of specialist consultants (including government agencies) during all phases of assessment, problem analysis, strategic planning, design and construction to ensure we deliver world-class environmental outcomes for our clients.
