Sentosa Waters - Unit Development

Sentosa Waters is a unit development comprising of four levels of residential accommodation built around a central courtyard/atrium.  The majority of units have extensive external space with river views or Surfer Paradise skyline views.

Yeats Consulting was engaged to undertake the design and documentation of the structural components of the unit development including precast concrete columns & walls and post tensioned podium slab for the building.
