Serene Living is a vertical retirement facility catering for those aged over 55. The development comprises of six levels of accommodation topped by a landscaped roof garden.

Yeats Consulting was engaged to undertake the design and documentation of the Civil & Structural components of the development including basement structure, reinforced concrete frame and post tensioned transfer slabs.
