Spring Mountain Estate

Spring Mountain Estate is a master planned development of urban/rural residential allotments ranging in size between 4000m2 and 8000m2. The development is located 40km south-west of the Brisbane CBD. The project entails the staged development of approximately 2500 lots, with associated commercial and major infrastructure development.

Yeats Consulting was commissioned to undertake civil engineering design and documentation for the Development and Operational Works Applications for the project. Yeats has also been involved in the Construction Supervision and Contract Administration of the development.
